How It Works

We are a mobile bartending service.

We do not carry a liquor license, this is so that you can save money upfront on alcohol.

Once you get in touch with us, we will work through exactly what you want us to provide and serve. This is so that on the day of your event, you can relax and allow us to serve you and your guests!

By the time you walk away from our consultation, you will have your quote for our services as well as a shopping list for anything you would like to supply!

The calendar on our website is not for actual events, so please contact us for event availability. Instead this calendar is for consultations, a 90 minute “get-to-know you” event, that will allow us the proper set up, proper grocery lists, and alcohol lists for you. This consultation is free and a part of your package.

Questions

-Does Bayou Mixers supply alcohol?

No, we do not, however – this is so that there will be no upcharge on alcohol cost for you.

-What equipment and/or supplies do you provide?

We can provide anything besides alcohol to serve for your event.
Bar(s), cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, mixers, even ice. With our consultation process, we will be able to serve any drinks you would like, and will make sure to have all ingredients on hand!

-When can I book an event?

You can book ahead for however long you need, and we will always try to accommodate any short notice bookings! Please look at our calendar for open event times. If there is not an opening, give us a call and allow us to try to accommodate your date!

-How do I know I know if my date is available?

-How much do you charge?

Our package starts at $300 for a single bartender service. Add-ons are available at additional charges.
